HORRIBLE cleaners!!!! They are friendly at first to get your business and then they are vicious if anything goes wrong (on their end). I brought in my wedding dress in prestine condition to be cleaned, and they returned it to me just destroyed - swarovski crystals missing everywhere, strings hanging off all over the dress. They claimed that the string "dissolved" in their CHEMICALS (When they advertise "acid-free"). They made me pay the full amount and were so rude about the whole thing, saying "it happens all the time." and making excuses like, "well why didn't the dress company give you more beads?" They admitted they did it, and did nothing about it - except charge me the full amount, tell me they should have charged me more, and ripped the credit card slip out of my hands as I wrote "contesting" on the bottom. Vicious people - do NOT give them your business!!
