What a waste of money and time!! I tried to order some business card with them. After few days, I got a message tell me that my image was low resolution, and that it needed to be at 300dpi. I called them back, but the customer service rep could not explain how to translate inches to dpi. Since my program didn't work with dpi. She decided to send a message later explaining further. The message had a generic subject line (your order #....) which was send to the spam box. After few days, I tracked the message, the message didn't have any relevant info, so I tried to contact her. It took a couple of days to reach her (called several times), then got transferred to tech support. All this, to finally be told that the file needed to be send as a pdf and that they didn't work with Corel, so they could not help me!! When I complained that their webpage is quick in getting your billing info, but very obscure in clarifying such details at first, he got very defensive, telling me that it was an industry standard, and that I needed to know that before sending my file. Obviously they don't understand the concept of first time users. Their customer service is deplorable and there is not a service oriented culture among them. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY THEM.
