Absolutely rediculous, purchased a camera that was brand new, not outdated. I got home, saw that the driver for the product did not cover the newer version of vista. Contacted the company, asked how to get an updated driver and was advised that they were not updating their drivers for this camera, as it was last year's model. Vista 64 has been out since before last year. I asked how to return the product and get my money back, and because I did not purchase from the company directly they said nothing could be done. I now have a camera that will not work with my pc, and no way of using it. Worthless pos if you ask me, never using this company again.
