This company has a very nice selection of hand painted reading glasses. The problem is with whomever places the order and packs the order. I placed an order 2/25/11. Was told if I did not receive it within 14 days. To let them know. I did. First they said they had some computer problems and never got the order even though I had an e-mail acknowledgement of the order. Next they said they were delivered and someone must have stolen them. I ask for the Delivery # so I could check delivery and they never gave it to me. They then sent an order which arrived 3/31/11. They were either wrong colors or wrong powers. Send back and reordered. What a mistake! Got new order today. Still one is wrong power! 1 1/2 months later I still need to be reimbursed for postages for original wrong order and this order and to be reimbursed for wrong glasses! And then he called me a PSYCHO in an e-mail. Very professional for a professional person!
