I am not sure why the BBB has given this company a good rating. I and many others have had terrible service from this company. They have been taken to small claims on several occassions. The owner Warren Hoberman refuses to stand behind his company or worse advise customers that many of the products he sells in the store are actually done so by separate compnaies that act as a concession like the hardwoods and shutters. Stay away from this company. They do not stand behind their commitments to their customers and do not care about quality. They only want the sale and your hard earned dollars.
