I ordered a pair of slippers on 11/17/16 to give as a Christmas gift. I tried to find out why I hadn't received them yet and I've been getting the runaround for the past week. Today, I found out 'Oh, those are on backorder and we don't know if we'll get any more'
Do yourself a favor - Avoid this company
