I sign ed up with dunn russell & associates inc.on july 24 2009.and to this day they have not responded to my e-mails and when i talk to them,they tell me the same old song that my loan modification is under review.and now here i am 7 months into this modification and still the same that it is under review.this company is no good and can not be trusted.they are a big big ripoff.i have asked them for my money back many times.and they refuse to return to me 2.900.it has been 7 months,and a loan modification never takes 7 months to find out results.in there aggreement it is 30 to 90 days they tell you that you will get your anwser,but 7 months that crazy,if anybody plans on using this company do not do it you get ripped off like they did to me.this company sucks royally.all they care about is linneing there pockects with other peoples money.i called and wrote e-mails and they did not respond to either.if you check they have a lot of complaints for what they,re not doing for the people.do not use this company for anything,they are no good.
