Rude and Condescending
On the surface, you like Darlene, the owner of the company. But once a contract is signed and she is asked something she does not want to answer, or asked to do something she does not want to do, watch out. Things are not attended to in a timely manner,
and when questioned, is met with defensiveness. The main problem is that calls are not returned for days. If they could improve that alone, might help. When things don't get done, this also causes unhappy tenants. Without tenants...no rent. However, she is
better than the gal they have in there that they foist upon the unsuspecting clients. Vanessa clearly doesn't want to be there and doesn't want to do this job. One is fortunate if you receive a return call within three days. She is never pleasant. I see lack
of training as far as calling shots on the property with logic. Spending someone else's money foolishly is always easier than decisions made if your own money was going to be spent. There is a lot of defensiveness and indifference. As an owner, I want someone
who treats my property as they would their own. She is a real detriment to the company. I look forward to terminating them. I'm tired of being berated and mistreated with this company,
