I found this company online. I was told to fax the signed contract. The date was Dec 26 to pick up the car. The rep said that the driver will called me. DEc 26 and 27 came and gone. No driver call. Then the next week, I have called the rep. She told me that the drivers were just coming back to the area because there was a snow storm in the Northeast. Then I told her that I am flying off. Dec 31st came and no driver call.
Then I called a few times from the East Coast since my car was on the West Coast. No despatch. Suddenly on Jan 11, the despatcher called and said that they MAY have a driver and need me to confirm immediately or it may be possible to do the pickup the next day. It was 1 pm in the afternoon
The company does not deliver on its promises. It did not even pick up the car within 14 days.
They do not communicate what is going on.
The company is very unreliable. The despatcher was rude
The rep and despatcher just want to push their terms and let the customer run around.
