We apologize for any inconvenience caused to you and your family.You did have a contract with us with a first available date of 12/27/09 and due to the fact that it was December and not many carriers were working because of the holidays, we didn’t have a carrier on that specific date, it didn’t mean we couldn’t locate a carrier for you on any other day, but you decided to cancel the order and you were issued a full refund.
