Danielle (the owner) said 2 people, 2 hours, $110. They got here, did a half-assed job for an hour and then said $140. We told them we'd pay them $60, half of what they worked. The man then said fine nothing and tried to walk out so we said "what we have no choice? $110 or nothing? The man working with Danielle got extremely upset in front of our guests so we told him we had more work then. He refused to leave, blew up and started screaming and yelling about what a good job he did, he then slammed his fists on our Steinway grand piano so we told them to get out and gave them the $60. I thought he would punch me in the face. This is not a cleaning service, this is a scam service. They didn't even do a good job, footprints still there, dust, so now we have to clean it. What did we hire them for?
