I had the same experience with this company. They do not explain what they are doing to your hair..no consultation at all and then boom you have this enormous bill at the end. Then if you do not tip them they are even uglier. The whole staff is Mexican and they do not speak good english so the communication is terribe. They charged me double what I would have been charged at a high end salon.
