My child has been going to their Fun Nastics class at his preschool for about 10 months now. When you sign up your child, you agree to a flat monthly rate based on 4 class sessions of once a week. Over the last several months, I found out that the instructor just doesn't show up some weeks. Now I understand that if my child is absent, then I'm still obligated to pay. But now I find out, they don't show up and I still have to pay. This is absolutely wrong. I spoke with Jennifer, who gave me no explanation for the no shows. For example, over the last 3 months they have only showed up 3 times a month but they are charging the parents for 4. Oh, by the way, they don't tell you when they no show. I can only find out from talking to my child. The problem I have now is my son really enjoys the class. I would recommend to any parent, that you do NOT sign your child up for this program. You are going to be paying for services they are not providing.
