This company is advertising their "ULTRALUX FX" as a replacement box for your cable boxes that is rented out at about $5.00 each. From ALIBABA, I ordered one to replace my rented box from the cable company. They do not have any other way to order and there is no way to contact them except via their website using the FAQ area. No name or phone numbers. I paid $139 for their box and tried it at home. It did not work. I asked a friend with cable subscription if I can try the Ultalux FX box in his house. AGAIN, it did not work. I asked another friend with a different cable company and tried the same box. AGAIN, it did not work. I e-mailed this company several times, call them on the phone that I found searching the web and no response on how I can return their product for a full refund. Up to now, they have not responded to my calls or e-mails. This all started in December 12, 2009. I think that was enough time to file a complaint and a review on what ULTRALUX FX is all about. It did not work.
