Re-roofed all of the flat roof surfaces, and patched the pitched areas that needed some attention.
My Comments:
Even though I had wanted a total re-roof, Mr. Garvey took a look and said that for the time being, I could get by with a partial re-roof and patch job. Especially since I was planning a remodel on the house in five years, I really appreciated the suggestion for a more economical solution. His crew came out the next day, and finished-up in two days. A great bunch of guys who payed attention to detail. The job was finished just in time, because it rained pretty good the following week...Not a problem or leak to be found. There were no extra charges, and Mr. Garvey came a few days later to inspect the work. A Top notch, reputable, and honest roofer that I would recommend without hesitation.
