I am at this time waiting reply from Mark Shaw, owner of Gold House, to refund my money for defective wedding rings that we have sent back twice. The first rings were not designed as ordered and mine was so tight I could not put it on. The second set of rings were not as ordered but we thought we could live with as my ring at least fit, although tight. Then, three stones fell out of my wife's ring. We called. No response. We emailed numerous times. No response. I then sent the rings back with a letter and pics of the defective rings. No response. I have sent two emails since then asking how they plan to refund my money. The last email asked that they contact me by today, Nov. 21, 2008. I have not heard from Mark Shaw or Richard Cadena, As you can imagine, my wife and I are very upset about this. If this issue is resolved satisfactorily I will delete this post and write a positive review. Until then, I do not recommend this jeweler or store.
