Do not use this company, I paid $2010 for home loan mod in 7/10 and was denied in 8/10 by my lender, I have not heard from H&R since, they will take your money quick, and you will never see any results. You can't get past the receptionist who answers the phone, she is always giving excuses why nobody can take your calls and says she will take a message and you never get a return call, and lies about their phone lines not working. BAD BAD company don't use them.
