Beware Shoddy Manufacturing Before You Put a Hole in Your Wall!

Had to return defective collars 3 times in 5 months. The design is great but these MIT design geniuses need to learn about manufacturing. And about data bases. They kept sending the replacements to the wrong address. To top it off, the customer service people turn into robots when asked to solve a problem. [Or perhaps they are designed at MIT too? ha ha] BTW- Each time I called I waited on hold good long time- before getting connected. While on hold they have a recording of this cutesy/funny voice of male hegemony who brags about High Tech Pet's 3% return rate. In my experience it is 300%. If you choose to buy the door make sure you purchase the upgraded collar and a couple of extras for when they break. The batteries run out before the warranty is up too, so get some more of those. And test the door before you put a hole in your wall.
