Such a scam! I'd give Hound.com zero stars if I could. I signed up for a "free" trial - but Hound.com makes it absolutely impossible to cancel your membership! They then charge you $50 a month with no receipt, statement, or anything - leaving it up to you to discover it on your bank statement! I've lost $150 already to this scam and gotten absolutely no benefit - during my trial period, I signed up for "alerts," but decided to cancel when there were NO useful alerts during the trial period. I've emailed twice and called once, and all I get is lies (they never had a phone number on their website until recently, but insist it's always been there, and they insist that they replied to my emails when I know they didn't - I whitelisted them so I'd be sure to get their emails!).
I feel like a chump for falling for this "free trial!" offer, but I've never been burned like this before. BEWARE this company!
