I have experience with this business. IRM gave me a written money back guarantee to perform. When asked how they can guarantee this service, the reply was simply, we review the project before we take it with our attorneys and if they take it, we move forward and have a 98% success rate. So, if we do have someone that we cannot help, we can give them there money back.
Well, if their statistics are correct, I was one of the 2% that they accepted and could not do anything with. So, I asked for my money back, they refused. Within the contract they say that you must submit to arbitration. That being said, I requested arbitration and they said they would get back to me with a date and address for the arbitration office we would go to. Several weeks passed, they did not give me the info, so I have had to file a small claims action against them in hopes of getting the guarantee enforced.
I would not recommend anyone I love, even hate, to do business with IRM because they will not perform as promised and the guarantee on their website is a fraudulent claim. They will not give you your money back. I hope I can get it from the courts.
