My husband and I first hired J B Custom about 5 years ago to do some major remodeling and minor landscaping at our vacation home in Lake Arrowhead California. From the first meeting with the owner Jim we were impressed with his reputation , portfolio , referances , qualifications & experience. Jim gave us multiple design ideas for our project interior and exterior. Once my husband and I decided to go ahead with the project Jim presented us with a very detailed and professional proposal job contract. The price was a little higher than the other two contractors estimates but we were so impressed and comfortable with Jim @ J B Custom that we signed with him. J B Custom gave us more than we imagined in quality and esthetic value . We have since used J B Custom Remodeling & Landscape Construction on our other two homes just in the last 9 months or so for major landscape and hardscape construction and some bathroom and kitchen remodels. We will never use another contractor other than Jim @ J B Custom as his work ethics , customer service and quality are hard to find these days. Thanks again J B !!!!!!
