If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Unfortunately there's no way to say what I need without sounding bitter. They are unprofessional and discourteous to say the very least. I called in with a question about payment which was conveniently sent to the incorrect PayPal address (which is one I've never used nor have I ever had a PayPal account linked to it). They suspended my account because I posted my opinion on a mystery shopping site and they have sent rude and again, unprofessional emails. The only person I didn't have a problem with was my scheduler, she remained professional and polite throughout.
In my opinion they can take no responsibility for the mistakes they make so they resort to blaming the shopper/client. If the company itself is stable, they need to change the employees, namely Judy Harza and Nicole Laidlaw. Both are extremely rude women. I am, however, painfully aware that the company will automatically side with them and it's their word against mine. Since I had this problem with more than one person, it MUST be my fault! Wrong, I've googled them and come across many other accounts of just how rude and unpolished they are. Jancyn, if you want to remain untarnished, can these two and start recording your calls so you can avoid problems like these. As is the whole idea behind "mystery shopping" if they think they're being watched they'll behave better. Put it in play and see what happens.
