I have been going to Jim's Auto for almost 2 years. When you find a good mechanic, it's gold. Jose, the owner, knows his VW Beetles, and will take the time to explain everything he needs to do and the priority that it needs to be done. His prices were a bit higher than what I was used to, but given the speedy service, great customer care from him, his son Arturo - who also knows a lot about VW Beetles - it's worth going the extra mile to have him do my repairs, rather than take my Beetle somewhere closer to home. My recent tune up of a newly purchased 1967 Beetle he found the engine in such good condition he cut a lot off the usual price of the tune up. He didn't have to do that, and I would never have known. But he did. That's the integrity with which he runs that shop, and all my dealings with him have been absolutely GREAT!!!! I totally trust this man to take care of my car, period.
