We have been going to John's for a few years now and have always gotten GREAT and INFORMATIVE services from John. He has great customer service skills and is THE only mechanic that I have had show me ALL my engine parts he removes or fixes. Most importantly he EXPLAINS how and why things work & why they need repair before he does the repairs to make sure you understand and believe why the work is necessary. I have been to many mechanics in the past and they just take your car & say,"Sign here, we'll call you..." and you agree over the phone and pay for who really knows what(unless you're a connoisseur or mechanic, you understand what they tell you over the phone). John is GREAT because he not only explains but shows you and teaches you in such simple terms that the average car driver can learn SO much from his explanations. He is also the only mechanic on the premises (but he is very dedicated and works late to finish your needs) which I GREATLY appreciate because "too many hands in the pot ruin the soup", as I have learned in the past. John you are awesome and thank you very much for all you have done to help & teach us!!
