Tread carefully with this company

I purchased two products from Riveras Tostonera 3 -1\2 weeks ago on June 27, 2014 and have not received anything to date even though my credit card was charged same day as purchase. I have tried contacting the company by phone, email, fax and facebook
but have not received a response from anyone from JonJen Creations,LLC dba Riveras Tostonera. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau and my bank to dispute the charges for which I have received nothing. This company have serious problems in my opinion,
beware buying anything from them. Zero stars rating, very disappointed.
