This comapny is DISGUSTING and HORRIBLE and totally unprofessional.
I ordered a TV from LCD Digital in July of 2007.
-I received a DEFECTIVE TV which I returned.
-I then received a TV which I did not order which I returned.
Since then......I have tried to CALL/PHONE/Leave voice mail/Sent E-mails and talked to a company representative.
I have received NOTHING in return and LC Digital refuses to acknowledge my communication attempts to them trying to rectify this matter.
I was told by a representative that if they consider you to be a problem customer that you are simply discarded.
This is obviously the case with me as I have resevied NOTHING since September....and they have my $275. and I have nothing.
It is apparent that LCD DIgital will not honor their contract with me.
I have since contacted the BBB in California with hopes that they may do sometging in order to get LC DIgital to honor their contract with me.
In the meantime..it is painfully obvious that this company is nothing short of a 'RIP-OFF' and I ugre you to NOT do business with them..........
