Attorney Joseph T. Vodnoy helped me save my home with a loan modification. I was first on a trial payment plan for about 4 to 6 months. My original mortgage payment was $2,417.66 and my trial was for $932.79 a reduction of $1,484.87.
For months we were really concerned and wondering how all this would end up. With God's help and a great attorney like Joseph we were able to accomplish our goal and receive a great modification. On November 18, 2010 I received my final package to notarize my final modification leaves my principle and interest payment at $725.74 wow talk about being happy for the holiday.
In addition the past due amount of $18,066.47 has been added to the end or the loan term and also a deferred principle of $145,083.42.
This Thanksgiving I will be giving thanks for my home and the wonderful staff from Joseph Vodnoy's office. I know its hard to trust offices now in days with so many scams going around. I am glad to say good people are still out to help. I highly recommend this office to any that is having trouble with there mortgages.
