I began my Modification Process November 2010. My original payment was $2,597.00 this payment did not included my insurance or taxes. I received My modification JANUARY 2011 YES!!! I am very happy. My new payment is in the amount of $1,192.23 with my Taxes its $1,501.67, which is still a reduction by $1,095.33. Wow I could not have asked for a better offer. I will save $13,143.96 this year. My new interest rate is 3.5% and even with my bad credit unbelievable and the best part is that my first payment will begin March of 2011. I recommend Attorney Joseph Vodnoy He is real good.
