I am in the middle of having this company file a bankruptcy for me. At first they were easy to deal with, friendly and easy to correspond with. After I paid in full and gave them all my information to file my claim they became unreachable. I have tried to contact them through e mail, internet, and multiple phone numbers and have still had no luck contacting them. My bankruptcy claim is still waiting to be filed and I have still not heard from a single person at their office. I began dealing with this company at the end of last winter and it is October now.
