I have also ordered an adult name change petition on or around March 15 and still have not received my order. I could never reach any by phone or live chat. I have already contacted my bank and have filed a complaint with Los Angeles Attorney General Steve Cooley. At this point in time, I do not even want their service! I have also researched and noticed that their company start-up dates/information/site registry (bbb)/ corp setup/ is fraudulent/fake and ambiguous.
