I ordered a minor name change packet on February 25, 2011 and have yet to recieve my paperwork that was promised. It is now April 4th and after numerous attempts to contact these people by email and by phone, I have yet to get an answer or even a call back. I am very upset and I am starting to feel like i have been scammed out of my 70 dollars, not to mention if i should cancel my credit card that i used to pay for these forms!
