They are unscrupulous and provide shoddy workmanship and then " ghost" the paying customer when there is a failure of their product. They state they have a warranty, but when an issue occurs within 48 hours as it did when my sons windshield cracked 7 inches then they state its not covered, but FAIL to provide any written proof of such a claim. (The only contact that we have had from the company was that they wanted ANOTHER $300 to replace the windshield that had a 7 " crack in it within 48 hours of them installing it. )That is generally called a SCAM and fraudulent business practices, my son is LD and he worked hard for the money it took to have the windshield replaced; only to have it fail and crack immediately and then refuse to speak to my son at all. They took nearly $300 and ran to the next unsuspecting customer and will probably do the same to them. WE have turned them over to the BBB.
