Customers keep calling my business number looking to be picked up. They seem to be upset that they have no way to be picked up for doctor appointments or medical appt. etc. I have tried contacting this company my self to have them fix their number so there would be less confusion. Logistic Care refuses to do so and told me that I should change my number. I have had my business number for 10 years and up until 10 months ago I did not get their phone calls. I am upset with the lack of compliance and how they seem to treat their customers. I was also told on the phone by Logistic Care that their customers are helpless but they will find their way. This is not how you run a business.
