Generally Outstanding products, with TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. After making numerous calls and getting a different answer each time, I found them to be rude, inefficient, and unhelpful. Basically dumb drones who poorly read scripts. I bought the new C910 Web Cam which now comes with a usb cord that is shorter than anything, only 5 feet long (used to be 6 feet) - I guess they want them to be shorter for laptops, but they have become nearly impossible to use without an extension cord for desktops. The reason I have a problem with Logitech is that after I asked them about sending a short extension cord to me, so I could use their product, I was told that not only would I not get one, but that use one, ANY ONE, would degrade the quality of the video and sound for certain, and that it wasn't there problem! I asked to speak with a mgr. I waited on the phone for 30 minutes. They then said mgr. would not be available and they would have to call me back. So....I got a call over 24 hours later, and I missed it. They called without Caller ID and did not leave a message. If you have a problem with you device within the return period, return it, because Logitech will not help you. USELESS.
