I went to the Magic Car Wash to get an oil change and for the vehicle to be washed and once the worker cleaned out the inside then he accidentally reversed my vehicle into an SUV parked behind him instead of accelarating on the gas to drive forward. They caused damage to the rear end of the vehicle and to the SUV as well. It has been over two weeks and I have provided quotes which have not been paid for as of yet. The way they are handing the matter is very poor. Managers are either hard to get a hold of or speak very little English. It's extremely frustrating. When I came to provide a quote they were refunding another customer who had reported damage to his vehicle. They did however immediately refund the money that I had initially paid them, gave me a free car wash, and offered to pay for the damages. The problem is actually getting them to follow through. I may have to take legal actions because thus far they have not been very responsive.
