DO NOT GO HERE! I went to Mark's to get a custom ring made. The initial meeting went well, and I was excited. After that it was all downhill. They did not meet timelines, they forgot who we were, the ring was made incorrectly. After I went in and let them yell at me for a half hour, they remade the ring, but the diamonds started to fall out after the 2nd week of wearing it. They are expensive and are not pleasant to deal with. I will never go back, I will get it fixed at another jeweler who will do a good job, and treat a paying customer with respect.

Every time a customer comes into Mark Diamond’s Jewelers to do a custom design it is always very exciting. We did a very nice 14k w/g 10mm bead set band for Sarah and James using their stones. When Mark Diamond’s does a custom job we are out 4-6 weeks. Sarah and James paid their deposit for the ring on Feb. 15th, 2010, upon approving the design of the ring and we finished the ring March 18th (4 weeks). Sarah and her “sister” returned to Mark Diamond’s a few days later stating that this was not the way the diamonds were to be set. Her “sister” then kept telling Mark Diamond how wrong the ring was. Her “sister” was never around when the design was discussed so she had no reason to tell Mark Diamond’s what was wrong or right.
We (Mark Diamond’s Jewelers) then took it upon ourselves to REMAKE the ring rather then have an unhappy customer. Mark Diamond then remade the ring NEW with the new design that Sarah asked for at no cost to her. The new ring was delivered by Joe at Mark Diamond’s to James on April 10th. James told Joe the ring looked “GREAT”, and this is what she wanted. Joe asked James if he would show Sarah, who was in the car, the ring just to make sure that everyone was happy. Sarah smiled and gave Joe the thumbs up from the car.
As far as a diamond now falling out, this is the first we are hearing about it. So we immediately called Sarah to fix the problem because Mark Diamonds does warranty our work. It is unfortunate that she has to slander us with this negative remark rather then give us the opportunity to fix it first.
Mark Diamond’s Jewelers has been in business for 39+ years, and there is a reason for that. We are sorry that we can’t remember everyone over these years but we do our best.
