Unless you like to be treated with disrespect, no regards for your business and are contacted outside of business hours on a weekend night then this is the place for you.
I had only phoned this company requesting information regarding bedding with one of the manufacturers they carry. Upon receiving a returned call from MARK FRIEDMAN directly. Not only was he rude, arrogant and unknowable he said to me that "he didn't need my business". This item was a $5,000 bed I am referring to. He was worse than any used car salesman you could only imagine in your nightmares.
Not only did I tell him that since he didn't need my business I told him "guess what, you're not going to get" and then I proceeded to purchase a better more costly bed that was far superior than what he had to offer. I had even called Aireloom (the manufacturer),spoke with the head of sales and marketing and explained not only that one of his distributors treated a potential customer in this manner and that I would pull my line items from MARK FRIEDMAN as his poor behavior and sales tactics that I wouldn't want my items represented by him as it is a reflection on Aireloom. So I proceeded to tell him about his distributor and because of his actions that Aireloom being the manufacturer just lost $5,000 worth of my business. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY AND HIS COMPANY. You do not need to be treated in this manner and I would recommend ANYONE else but him for any of your household needs.
