This company all and.all was a very bad experience they lure customers in by setting up banners that say you won a free ipad ask you to pick a color and provide your phone number to send you a pin so you can claim your ipad I contacted company spoke to a rep and the rep contradicted herself several times first she stated you didn't win a free ipad that is a way to get you to the site to subscribe to our trivia then she stated you do win a ipad then stated the way I do it is by earning tickets then I can enter my ticket to get a chance to win a ipad all in all it was very misleading a very bad experience and false advertisement I give it a very poor rating an encourage for everyone to read over there terms and conditions before subscribing it may be a really good business but a very bad way of leering people in and a very bad customer service experience as a company they should honor anything they promote and never have false advertisments to lead there customers to them

Mobizzo is a mobile entertainment service where users have the chance to win prizes with a monthly subscription plan of $9.99/month. By offering daily trivia games, we give customers the opportunity to collect points which can be redeemed for a wide variety of popular prizes (see http://www.mobizzo.com/prizes/overview.page). We require all customers to undergo a double opt-in process that is compliant with Mobile Marketing Association guidelines. At each stage of the sign up process, users are clearly informed about our recurring billing, the service price and our easy one-step process to cancel the service. In addition, we have a 24 hour customer support team available via a toll free number to help address any customer issues. The iPad offer you saw was presented by an affiliate of one of our marketing partners and was not directly related to our service. We do not offer the iPad as a prize. To eliminate any possible confusion we have stopped working with the aforementioned partner. If your issue remains unresolved please call us at 800-218-7629 and we will do our best to help you.
