Terrible experience.. Owner does not speak English promised full refund on deposit if collected before certain date. Pets were infected with ear mites after further investigation of the disease I decided against purchasing the puppy. After asking for a refund before the agreed upon date I was denied. Initially was offered partial refund. Told the owner that was not good enough because I was lied to. Police came to receive a statement regarding the theft. At that point owner said that she agreed to partial refund (after entire refund was promised) then she decided after the fact in front of the officers not to give that either. Hygiene is a major issue within the facilities. Dogs health at risk. It seems like a puppy mill.
