THIS COMPANY MUST BE SHUT DOWN; owner has NO INTEGRITY

My daughter is the flower girl in her cousins wedding on July 29, 2011. My niece gave me this website and said this is the dress I want the flower girl to wear. Ordered on Monday, June 6, received Friday, June 10th. Everything was great until she tried on the dress. She was in between sizes and of course I ordered the wrong size.

I called the company and got rma# and returned it on Tuesday, June 14, they received Monday, June 20. Everything is fine so far.

My CC was charged for shipping on 6/23/11 so I expected shipment shortly thereafter. Two weeks later (7/6) I called to ask where my shipment was. He fumbles around and tells me, "I'm shipping it today, you should receive on it on Mon 11th". I was charged two weeks ago and you haven't sent it?!?!

On Mon, I call & ask for the tracking # for the package I should be receiving that day. He tells me that the dress is on backorder & he will ship it on Wed. I call again later on Mon & ask for update. He tells me that he shipped it & will e-mail me tracking # in 10min.

Hours later, I get the e-mail, w/the tracking # for the original shipment of 6/10 NOT for the exchange. Since he was already closed I call him next morn & tell him he sent me wrong tracking #, he gives me the new tracking # over the phone & sends the updated e-mail. While I have him on phone I put the # in the UPS tracking site, NOTHING. He tells me "that is b/c UPS has not picked up yet, I still have it". I tell him, "but you told me you shipped it yesterday?!?"

I hang up in frustration & call again in 20min later and tell him "don't ship it, I want a refund". He says "UPS picked it up, you will need to return the dress for a refund". While I am on the line w/him I refresh UPS track site, NOTHING. He says, "I can't control when UPS scans the packages". I tell him that I am going to call UPS right now. He sounded very anxious, huge sigh. I refresh track # again nothing and I call & confirm w/UPS that they have RECEIVED NOTHING, while I am on phone w/them I refresh again & it shows that a label has been CREATED 3:03EST, the exact time that I was on the phone w/UPS. He created the label while I was on the phone w/UPS after he said UPS had already picked up!

I call him back, "don't ship it I want a refund." He says, "UPS has shipment you will need to return the dress to get refund". Why would I have to return something that was never shipped? He kept insisting that the package was in the UPS truck.

He supposedly shipped it on July 12, the truth can be found with this tracking #1Z27V37V0358460429. As of this writing it still says label has been created, but not received at a UPS facility. If by the time you read this it has been shipped make sure to check the shipping progress tab and you will see when it actually went out.

Eun/John, owner of this miserable company, is a THIEF and a LIER!
