I'm currently in the process to modify our loan yet no word yet when!They never call you back or call to see how things are going!I'm a mother of 2 and we are about to lose our home!We paid them 2500.00 to file papers-that's it!They are also HUD approved so we shouldn't have to pay them!We found out that our mortgage company would have helped us out for free!!!!!Now we are so far behind on our mortgage that we can't pay the 14,0000.00 we owe!So I'm saying please do your research first-We did'nt!
