This is a horrible store with no customer service. We ordered two dresses three weeks ago. They said the dresses were going to be there in a few days. We went the following weekend to pick them up and they had ordered the wrong dresses. They said it was there mistake and they would order the right ones to come back in a few days. We went back this past weekend and they informed us that the dresses that we ordered have been discontinued and they couldn't give us a refund. They claim they can only do exchanges. What am I suppose to exchange?? I never received the service that I paid for. I asked to speak to the owner since the manager doesn't have the authority to make any decisions. But when I asked to speak to someone else besides the manager they refuse even though she couldn't help me. I kept on getting the run around and to this point nothing has been settled. This is the first and last time I would EVER do business with them.
