My daughter purchased a pair of sunglasses for father's day. Oakley's promise is the product will ship in 7-10 business days. Wrong! My order was placed on June 18th and I have yet to receive my glasses. When placing online orders the computer does not let you know that any of the products are on backorder, thus causing a delay in your order. Everytime Oakley has 1 item in stock the other parts are then on backorder again, which causes a never ending cycle. They don't have the ability to keep the parts which are in stock for your order and, wait until the other compononents come in. So you are forever waiting for some part to not to be on backorder.

The 2nd of my complaints is that usually your bankcard is charged when the products has already been shipped. Wrong again! My card was charged and as of today August 1st,I still have no glasses and I'm out $105.00. I was given a discount of 20.00 for all of my trouble's, for what it was worth. I asked for a refund and I was informed that I must first prove that they have charged my account, and then the refund process may take up to 30 days.

I have been an Oakley customer for years but this worst experience I've ever had this the first and last time I will ever order any custom product!!! My advise to anyone is never order any product online with these people. Customer service is more like customer no service.
