Leaking Roof installed by Octagon Roofing

I would not have given this company any stars at all, but this was not an option. Octagon Roofing installed a new roof on our house in 8/13. When we discovered a leak on 1/10/15, we called the owner, Charles Ford and asked him to investigate. He spent all of five minutes on our roof on 1/14, and claimed the roof was fine, but the leak was coming from a stucco crack in an exterior wall. We had the stucco repaired on 1/28, but after a heavy rain on 4/7, detected water intrusion between interior walls and the presence of mold. We contacted Charles Ford again and informed him of the problem. Instead of responding in person, he sent a crew to our house on4/8 to repair the leaks that they found in the roof that he had insisted was not leaking. We became suspicious and contacted the City of Glendale and found that the roof that Octagon installed in 2013 was done so without a permit, and thus without inspection by the city. Charles Ford and his wife came to our house on 4/11/15 and promised to repair everything at their expense, including costs for mold remediation and subsequent reconstruction that would be required because they "wanted us to be happy."
Instead of replacing the roof that has been inspected by our insurance company and found to be defective, Charles Ford filed a permit on 4/14/15 with the City of Glendale on which he falsified the scope of work that was to be done, and only attempted to do repair work. Octagon Roofing has also refused to stand by their workmanship guarantee , and to date has not followed through on their promise to cover the cost of mold remediation and reconstruction work.
