I had some dental pathology sent to Oral Pathology Associates by my dentist. I had never used them before. The office manager is extremely rude and very accusatory when she calls regarding a bill. She even accused me of lying about a check my insurance had mailed out to me that I never received. She insinuated I received it and did not send it to her. She went as far as to call my insurance who verified the check was lost and they reissued a replacement. I asked to speak with the doctors and/or her boss and she refused. She wrote a very condescending note on one bill I received. Very unprofessional and I don't even think the doctors know about it. Patients beware! Do not use this company.
