DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!!!!!!!!
I have used many contractors over the last 10 years doing everything from room additions to kitchen remodels and this has been THE ABSOLUTE WORST service/experience I have ever had.

The sales guy, Joe Tippman came by and did his sales job, good communication, answered Qs, returned calls etc... Then the "drafter" Tom came out took measurements discussed details etc...

Once we signed and gave $ that is where it went to pot. communication from Tom was worse than you can ever imagine. Once they have the $$$ consider yourself lucky if a call gets returned. I paid these clowns $30,000 and IF .. IF! a call gets returned Tom gets back to you via a text. I am not a high school kid!!!1 I paid $30K, PICK UP THE PHONE AND TALK!!!!!!

After all the measurements were taken, the design agreed upon and the demo started we NEVER heard from anyone about when to expect someone to show up, the coordination among the workers was non existent, in other words the GC did not do a thing to ensure the workers were coordinating their efforts not was there any quality control checks by Tom, Joe or anyone else from PK.

Now comes the frustrating part, once they installed the cabinetry we got the tile installed by our own guy (thank God!) and they eventually came back to install appliances and surprise, surprise, NOTHING FIT!!!! The opening left for the hood was too small by about 1/2 inch, the height for the dishwasher was about 1/8 off so it didn't fit, the range and oven did not fit. Oh, and then the $600 faucet we bought was not installed properly so the retraction of the faucet head did not work smoothly AND there was not hot water (either at the sink OR the dishwasher. BTW- when they started Tom said it would take 4.5 weeks. Well they started on Feb 21 and it is now April 13th and it is still not finished.

Hey, it's construction and stuff happens but all this being compounded with a contact that does not return calls or hides behind a text because he is afraid to talk to disgruntled customers made this an experience I would like to forget.
