This is for Pacific Sales in general. Their sales people are liars and thieves. They cost our family hundreds of dollars by convincing us they had the better delivery date, we took off work to be there for them in their 4 hour wait schedule and twice they delayed their delivery WITHOUT contacting us. If we had purchased from another company for just $30 more for the appliance, I would be cooking for my family instead of waiting for the last 3 weeks for delivery.... ugh. I WILL NEVER EVER REFER PACIFIC SALES OR SHOP THERE AGAIN. So NOT worth the aggravation.
