I paid for a NEW phone on ebay.
They sent me the wrong phone.
Then they sent me a broken used phone (complete with ear jam on the speaker).
I had to sign away my right to recourse on the return form, just so I could return the phone.
They sent me another broken used phone.
They denied it was used and broken (it was loaded with a previous user's contacts)
I asked for an alternative to the form, because this time I wanted the freedom to leave negative feedback if they failed to produce a NEW phone.
They refused and said I was bound to the form. (no matter how many times they sent me used broken phones, I had no right to complain).
I complained to ebay.
I managed to get a refund for the purchase price but was still out shipping costs for the two returns.
Ebay said complain to FBI for fraud.
I left negative feedback.
Panasystem called me a liar and a scammer.
They threatened to take more of my money, (because I signed the above form).
They accused me of recording phone conversations.
They scared me into removing my feedback.
Same woman (Mona) who accused me of making recordings called and left an "urgent" message to call them back (didn't leave number).
I called back terrified that they found another way to work me over.
But they wanted to APOLOGIZE!
When I told them how angry I was that I got an "urgent" phonecall with no explanation from the rep who was so threatening to me, Rocky (the other gem of a representative) laughed at me.
I'm still afraid these people are going to find a way to nail me.
I hesitate to leave this review.
But people need to know that this company will use every shady tactic available to keep from taking responsibility.
