I wish the five star scale went to negative five. This company sells new cell phones. I purchased a pretty expensive PDA phone for $346.38 on 01/15/08. I received it quick only to discover it is missing many important parts! Worst of all the camera lens was very dirty, the lock switch was stuck and a few buttons were worn! The phone was clearly used. I powered it on for a further look and found aftermarket software installed from another country to support internet use in europe! I contacted the manufacture and they confirmed the phone is unbranded with no software except their start up kit. And the components I was missing should have been included. This is pretty scary becaused they sealed this package well, it looks factory when you get it. The contents inside tell the truth! After discovering that you've been scammed, let the nightmare begin. I purchased my phone from eBay and paid through PayPal. So I have 3 total companies to try to resolve this problem with that includes the seller panasystem. You might think that's a good thing, it's not. First I contact eBay they admit to having this kind of problem with this seller. But this guy's a power seller why should they care they make us money, rip off or not! Please contact PayPal and file a complaint, was the advise I was given. Ok, eBay sucks! Let's play the I didn't do it game. Note before all of this claim stuff I did contact the seller. It went nowhere fast, they know the game there going to play the new buyer doesn't. Heads up, I win is what they say. And they do know the rules better than you! And why shouldn't they? If your going to be a crook and try to be legal, you better know the policies of the companies your affiliated with and how to play the rules in your favor. But I have to cut this short. I've typed longer than I inteded to. Here's the bottom line I won my claim through the 3 companies mentioned and still today I feel the effects today 03/17/08. When you finally win your claim if you choose to fight which you should, it's your money! You will be harassed the whole way through your claim. They will get your phone # from ebay and will call you endlessly, you will also get a lot of emails. In final desperation they will offer to buy your feedback. "BRIBE" And if you leave a bad feedback they will leave you bad feedback also, eventhough you are not at fault. But never fear they will remove it if you remove yours. Yours is justified, theres is not! Hopefully you won your claim. Either way they are "Blackmailing" your reputation on eBay! Go to eBay and read this sellers feedback to verify this statement.
