My solar with a/c deal

We have a home right here in palmdale ca. Back in june of last year. We notice a few neighbors were going solar, we understood at the time the cost of solar was pretty much the same price as buying a car if not more. I’m a police officer at a jr college
in the valley and don’t make as much as I did in the past. We decided to hold off. In july of 2013 we received a few estimate’s…. even got one from the neighbors installer. After getting 3 quotes and making many calls about leasing we Figured one last 4th
final quote and thats when we met a johnny from pennies. Johnny came out for a visit and to get some information our back with a 18 month same as cash finance to own estimate and with less solar panels than other contractors including a free replacment of
our 19 years old air conditoning System explaining that money can be saved on usage thus reducing the size of solar panels needed. Try $11,457 less than our lowest quote! And thats to own the solar power system, My wife and I agreed “too good to be true” but
signed anyway. On Installation day I took off work to catch any funny business, figured because of the quoted price I wanted to make sure no short cuts were taken…. I don’t know anything about solar!!! After doing some research I can say they did install quality
equipment’ non american made but not many solar panels being made in the usa. My ac unit is so quite, Overall quality of work is excellent and clean, thats coming from a very picky guy such as mysel! If you’re thinking of going solar get 2 to 3 ownership quotes
and do the math. Financing to own it is far better than a lease. These guys made the job fun and I aslo learned a few things myself. Will be using most of my solar tax credit to buy another family car. You guys rock. tim
